Before a single winner is picked, a random seed is recorded and sealed with a cryptographic SHA-256 hash. Change one ticket, one number, anything — and the hash no longer matches. The result is immutable: it can’t be edited after the fact, and anyone can re-run the maths to confirm the winner was fair.
